Application & Enrollment Process

Enrollment at ACS is for families looking for a Christ-centered education, regardless of denomination.

Follow these simple steps to begin an excellent Christ-centered educational experience for your child!

Step 1: Let's get to know each other
  • Understand the differences between Traditional and Transitional Kindergarten, Nature-Based and Nature-Rich Preschool, etc.
  • Learn about age requirements, class days and times.
  • Preschool–Kindergarten: Attend the Early Childhood Open House on January 16, at 6:30 pm!
  • Grades 1–8: Check out our elementary and middle school pages to learn more.
Step 2: Apply/Enroll

 

3s and 4s Preschool 

Current Families
Take advantage of Priority Enrollment, beginning December 1 until January 15. Fill out the enrollment form in your inbox. Connect with the office staff for a new link, if necessary.

First-Time Families
Enrollment officially opens January 15. You're invited to our Early Childhood Open House on January 15, at 6:30 pm, where forms will be available. Forms will be available on this webpage on January 15.

 

Young 5s and Kindergarten

Current Families
Priority Applications now open until January 15.

  1. Log into your RenWeb Family Portal.
    NOTE: If your child was in Young 5s for the 24-25 school year, you're continuously enrolled, but we still need to hear from you. Check your inbox for your intention form or connect with the school office staff for a new link.
  2. Go to "Apply / Enroll" in the menu and scroll to "Application."
  3. Follow the prompts to "Create a New Student Application."
  4. You’re done for now!

First-Time Families

  1. Create an Account to apply online (complete the process by checking your email for a verification link).
  2. Follow steps 1-4 listed above.
  3. After submitting the application, you can track your admissions status, print the completed application, and monitor all supplemental forms — directly from your RenWeb Account.

 

Grades 1–8

Current Families
You're continuously enrolled—congratulations! 

First-time Families

  1. Create an Account to apply online (complete the process by checking your email for a verification link).
  2. Log into your RenWeb Family Portal.
  3. Go to "Apply / Enroll" in the menu and scroll to “Application.”
  4. Follow the prompts to “Create a New Student Application.”
  5. You’re done for now!

After submitting the application, you can track your admissions status, print the completed application, and monitor all supplemental forms — directly from your RenWeb Account.

Step 3: Final Enrollment (Young 5s – Grade 8 only)

Toward the end of March/early April, watch your inbox for the enrollment forms to finalize enrollment for your child.

Continuous Enrollment

Once a student is enrolled, they are enrolled until eighth grade graduation. 

To unenroll prior to graduation, call or email the office for an opt-out form. These will be accepted until March 25, with no penalty. 

After March 25, an opt-out fee will be processed, unless you are

  • Moving/relocating 10+ miles away from ACS.
  • Educational needs for the student that can no longer be met, as determined by the ACS Education Support Services Director and/or administrator.
  • Unenrollment is at the request of ACS.
  • Other circumstances, as approved by the Board of Directors.

If you unenroll and decide to re-enroll for any reason, please fill out new enrollment forms. There is no guarantee that a spot will still be available.
